Delivery & Returns

All of our items are handmade to order unless stated.
The current order processing time is 3-4 weeks.

If you require your item for a specific date, please email us beforehand and we'll try our best to get it out to you sooner. 

If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost . Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you . In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post. 
If noone is home to collect and the parcel is left to be returned the item will be resent and no refund can be made.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns in the rare case that your item is faulty. If this is the case please contact us via email and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
European Customers, please take note that duties may be imposed by your local government upon the import of your order. These charges are beyond our control, and it is the buyer's responsibility to settle them. Should you choose to decline payment, resulting in the return of your order to us, we will incur shipping, return shipping, and holding fees. Consequently, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and any additional charges will be deducted from your order. We urge you to make a thoughtful decision before placing your order.
